Welcome to the Library of von Menchhofen Music Editions. By accessing our scores, you agree to the following standards of scholarship and commerce.

1. Digital Editions & Licensing

All scores purchased through this site are delivered as digital PDF editions. Your purchase constitutes a Limited Performance License. This license is granted to the individual or institution named at checkout and is non-transferable.

2. Reproduction Rights

• Octavos: You must purchase a license for every physical copy intended for use by a choir or ensemble (e.g., 20 singers = 20 licenses).
• Masterworks: Full scores are licensed for the conductor and archival purposes only. Orchestral parts must be licensed separately.
• Illegal photocopying or digital sharing of these files is a violation of international copyright law.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, all sales are final once the download link has been generated. If a file is corrupted or technically deficient, we will provide a replacement immediately.
